My team and I have long corporate careers where the leadership of people has been central to the role. For my part, I worked in corporate leadership roles for 18 years in companies such as Hasbro, The Walt Disney Company and Universal Pictures. I do this work, because the first time I applied thinking like this, it changed how I led the team - we reduced our work hours, improved work quality and 3x our profit.
