Design Your First 90 Days

  • Leaders at all levels, who are transitioning into a new role.

    The materials work whether you are joining a new company or you are accepting a promotion or new assignment internally.

  • This course assists you in integrating smoothly into your new leadership role, while achieving a pre-defined set of goals;

    1) Establishing clear and well defined expectations for success from the perspectives of yourself, your line manager and your key stakeholders.

    2) Creating a learning plan that expedites your onboarding process, closing knowledge gaps while building rapport in your key relationships.

The Performance Partnership Playbook

  • All leaders of teams and work groups.

    The guidance and frameworks inside works for new leaders and managers, and is a refresher course for seasoned leaders who want to move from ‘command and control’ leadership to ‘partnering for performance’.

Team Performance Workshops

Team workshops that explore and build psychological safety, trust and performance together.

Together | Psychological Safety Series: Team Learning Experience

  • Leaders and intact teams and work groups who’ve worked together for a minimum of six weeks.

  • These online micro learning journeys work on developing of psychological safety from four different angles: connection (I've Got Your Back), change (Plot Twist), conversation (Hush) and self-leadership (Presence).

    Materials are tailored to challenge assumptions, gather resources and create curiosity about each topic. Team insights from each session are captured and shared with the leader so the team can build on what they’ve discovered to reinforce psychological safety.

    The series provides workshops for the full team and wrap around support for the leader as they prepare to integrate the work with their team.

  • These workshops have been designed as 4x micro learning journeys each of which include:

    Workshops are 45 mins in duration and held once a month over a 4 month span.

Cohesion | Strong Teams
Team Learning Experience

  • Leaders of teams and work groups who want to build high performing teams that can rally through adversity and recover performance standards quickly after setbacks.

  • This interactive virtual workshop series has been designed for leaders and their teams to create strong foundations ahead of a period of growth or transformation. It also helps teams who have experienced significant change to step back and reset their ways of working in a way which deepens commitment and collaboration across the team.

    The seminar equips leaders and their teams with the tools to work smoothly and seamlessly together and the skills to hold each other accountable often and openly on the way to achieving their goals.

  • Inclusions:

    • 3x leaders debriefs (one hour each)

    Optional:

    • Leadership coaching for three months post final workshop to support full integration of behaviour change.(This includes a private coaching account and any additional tools as required to support integration in the leaders workplace).

    Duration:

    The series is 3x workshop sessions of 90 mins each.

    Recommended cadence is one workshop every two weeks.

Plot Twist X | Growing & Adapting Through Change: Team Learning Experience

  • Teams and work groups who’ve worked together for a minimum of six weeks, and who are stuck between experiencing change fatigue and needing to keep their pace of delivery going.

  • This workshop allows your team to regroup, re-energise and consider ways they can restore their resilience to sustain them for the uncertain road ahead.

    Specifically, it:

    • Allows the team to identify the opportunities within the chaos;

    • Enables them to continue to find creative ways to deliver, so they can make progress and keep moving forward;

    • Provides tools for dealing with stress - both personal and professional - so they can avoid burnout;

    Best of all, it’s interactive, reflective and leaves the team feeling energised.
