Real | Psychologically Safe Performance:
Leadership Masterclass

  • Leaders of teams and work groups who would like to gain an understanding of how performance and psychological safety work together for optimal outcomes.

  • This interactive virtual seminar has been developed for managers and leaders to help them understand the concepts of psychological safety and trust in moderating performance. The workshop will assist leaders in identifying when psychological safety is present or absent while providing pointers on how to improve and sustain psychological safety in the workplace.

    The seminar will equip leaders with an understanding of why psychological safety and trust are critical to achieving and sustaining peak performance; their roles as leaders in championing psychological safety as a precondition of team development and performance; and how they can achieve unexpected results by adopting a few simple practices.

  • Included in the workshop is a companion workbook and a free chapter from the book The Currency of Connection.

    The workshop is delivered online and is 90 minutes in duration.

Optimal | High Performing Teams:
Leadership Masterclass Series

  • Leaders who want to master the skills of developing high performing teams who rally through adversity and recover performance quickly after setbacks.

  • The performance goal posts have moved since 2020. These masterclasses equip leaders with the understanding and tools they need to develop a healthy, happy, high performing team. Wherever they're working.

  • A series of five, three hour masterclasses rich with learning, reflection, discussion and planning.

    Biweekly, group coaching sessions to provide consistency, feedback and sound boarding as learning is put into practice.

    Workbooks for each stage to aid learning, planning and reflection as you master the skills of partnering for performance.

    Your own private coaching account to track progress against your goals and to store all of the materials for your high performing teams’ journey.

Together | Psychological Safety Series:
Team Learning Experience

  • Teams who need to better understand each other as individuals in order to build cohesion and alignment as a team.

    Teams must have worked together for a minimum of six weeks.

  • These online micro learning journeys work on developing of psychological safety from four different angles: connection (I've Got Your Back), change (Plot Twist), conversation (Hush) and self-leadership (Presence).

    Materials are tailored to challenge assumptions, gather resources and create curiosity about each topic. Team insights from each session are captured and shared with the leader so the team can build on what they’ve discovered to reinforce psychological safety.

    The series provides workshops for the full team and wrap around support for the leader as they prepare to integrate the work with their team.

Team Learning Experience

  • Teams who have experienced significant change, growth or disruption and who need to find their ground again – whether they’re relatively new, or have been working together for some time.

  • This interactive virtual workshop series has been designed for leaders and their teams to create strong foundations ahead of a period of growth or transformation. It also helps teams who have experienced significant change to step back and reset their ways of working in a way which deepens commitment and collaboration across the team.

    The seminar equips leaders and their teams with the tools to work smoothly and seamlessly together and the skills to hold each other accountable often and openly on the way to achieving their goals.

  • Inclusions:

  • This online course contains an assessment tool to help you gauge your team’s performance and culture; then track it over time.

    • Online Team Performance Tracker Assessment with results available on screen and emailed to you in a pdf report.

    • Guidance on how to use the tracker with your team to build team culture and performance.

    The assessment takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

The Performance Partnership Playbook

  • All leaders of teams and work groups. It provides guidance and frameworks to the newly promoted or hired, and serves as a refresher course for seasoned leaders.
